Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to manage and grow our General Trade (GT) channel. The role involves regular market visits, achieving sales targets, maintaining strong retailer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Drive primary and secondary sales in assigned territory.
- Market Visits:
- Visit retail outlets daily as per beat plan.
- Take orders, follow up on deliveries, and ensure availability.
- Retailer Relationship Management:
- Develop strong relationships with retailers and stockists.
- Resolve issues related to delivery, or pricing promptly.
- Reporting & MIS:
- Provide daily/weekly sales reports, market feedback, and competitor activity.
- Maintain updated records of retailers and beat coverage.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Ability to build relationships with retailers and channel partners
- Familiarity with local market.
- Basic proficiency in using mobile apps and reporting tools
- Language : Hindi, Kannada and Hindi.
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2–4 years of experience in FMCG/Consumer Goods in General Trade
- Experience working with distributors and retail channels
Working Conditions:
- Field-based role with extensive travel within City.
- 6-day working week.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
