Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
Experience: 1 to 2 years
Educational Qualification:
- Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile / Electrical Engineering
- Preferred -Experience in DG sets sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys to identify business opportunities
- Generate enquiries and convert leads into potential customers
- Develop and onboard new dealers and channel partners
- Follow up on enquiries and maintain proper tracking systems
- Execute and report daily sales activities and customer interactions
- Prepare and implement monthly sales plans
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, service, and delivery
- Maintain market and competitor analysis reports
Key Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel for fieldwork
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Basic understanding of DG sets and industrial product sales
- MS Office and basic CRM/reporting knowledge
