The Leather Laundry is looking for a dedicated and organized Retail Store Manager to join our team. We're a premium service specializing in cleaning, restoring, and coloring leather, suede, and fur. This role is crucial to our store's daily operations and involves direct interaction with our valued customers.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Store Operations: Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and presentable at all times. This includes managing incoming and outgoing customer items.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, provide detailed information about our services, and answer their questions about the care and maintenance of their leather items.
- Cash Management: Handle all financial transactions, including processing payments (both cash and digital), and accurately maintain daily cash records.
- Query Resolution: Effectively manage and resolve customer inquiries and concerns, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Logistics Coordination: Act as a Logistics coordinator, coordinating with the runners for pickup and drop-off of items. This involves managing logistics for customer orders and ensuring the timely delivery of services.
Job Details:
Work Schedule: Wednesday to Monday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Tuesday is a scheduled day off.
Required Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive attitude. Experience in retail or a customer-facing role is a plus.
