Job Description
- Manage office operations, including maintenance, supplies, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain records, files, and documentation in a systematic manner.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and calls professionally.
- Monitor office expenses and support in budget preparation.
- Liaise with internal teams and external service providers to ensure smooth operations.
- Support HR and finance teams with administrative tasks as required.
