Job Description:
- Sending report of technician’s deputation on Daily basis.
- Sending updating complaint register report on weekly basis
- Sending updating AHU assembly report on weekly basis
- Deputation of Service technician to site for the received service calls (complaints, site survey etc.…)
- Discussion & providing inputs to manufacturing for the site related problems. (Complaint Logging work)
- Training to in-house team and contractor on quality of works to be done
- Checking & approving service technician voucher.
- Mail communication with client
- Making offer of service-related job and sending to client
- Generating Work order of service-related material in ERP system
- Generating Assembly work order In ERP - before work allocation.
- Checking & Approving Assembly contractor bill.
- Taking dispatch clearance from account and commercial department for service-related material
- Deputising & monitoring of Assembly team for the unit assembly at site
- KPI monthly wise sending to factory.
- Remaining all official work like maintain all service related report, Providing diagram to our in-house team , sending dispatch clearance mail , scanning all voucher and assembly bill , filing all service related documents , sending KPI monthly basis ,etc
