Key Responsibilities:
- Handling existing accounts: Regularly visit existing customers in the assigned geography and ensure stocks/orders and payment follow-up
- New Dealer Appointment: Identify and onboard new dealers/distributors in South Chennai.
- New Retail & Wholesale Sales: Visit Modern trade customers, Retail chains to pitch products and add value by improving sales.
- Collection: Ensure timely payment collection from direct retail customers and B2B buyers.
- Sales Execution: Take regular orders and coordinate with the dispatch/logistics team.
- Market Expansion: Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and partners.
- Reporting: Maintain daily sales and collection reports.
- Min 2years’ experience in FMCG or food product field sales.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory.
- Familiar with Chennai South geography and store types.
- Must know Tamil (basic English is a plus).
- Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives.
