Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager – US Logistics to drive business development and manage key client relationships within the US logistics and freight brokerage space. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the US transportation market, proven sales achievements, and the ability to develop new business opportunities in a highly competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients in the US logistics market
- Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation to closing deals
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with operations and customer support teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to leadership
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in US logistics/freight brokerage
- Strong network of US-based shippers, carriers, or freight customers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of US transportation regulations and supply chain solutions

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
