- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the logistics and transportation industry.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored logistics solutions (freight, warehousing, distribution, last-mile delivery, etc.).
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service terms in alignment with company policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, customer service, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare and present proposals, reports, and presentations to clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
