Job Overview:
As a Retail Sales Executive at HunyHuny, you will be the face of the brand in our store. Your role involves helping customers choose the right baby products, providing top-notch customer service, and contributing to the overall growth of the store's sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and understand their needs.
- Explain product features and benefits (strollers, cribs, baby clothing, etc.).
- Demonstrate products when necessary and assist in trials.
- Drive sales by upselling and cross-selling suitable items.
- Maintain the visual appeal and cleanliness of the store.
- Manage billing and handle POS systems with accuracy.
- Stay updated with product features, discounts, and new launches.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate for after-sales support.
- Maintain proper inventory records and restock shelves as needed.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant and approachable personality, especially with parents.
- Passion for baby and kids' products.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing software.
- Ability to work on weekends and holidays as per retail norms.
