- Identify, monitor, and evaluate international tender opportunities from various global portals and trade bodies.
- Review tender documents thoroughly, prepare compliance checklists, and highlight key requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, commercial, finance, and legal) to prepare accurate bid proposals.
- Draft, compile, and submit pre-qualification documents, technical proposals, and commercial offers on time.
- Communicate effectively with international clients, suppliers, and agents for clarifications and information exchange.
- Maintain tender databases, records, and submission trackers for reporting and future reference.
- Ensure all tender submissions comply with international procurement rules, INCOTERMS, and contractual obligations.
- Prepare professional presentations, reports, and correspondence to support the tendering process.
- Support post-tender activities including clarifications, negotiations, and client communications.
- Contribute to improving the tender win ratio through effective communication, coordination, and process management.
