We are currently seeking a Required. ServiceNow QA Engineer ServiceNow QA Engineer to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow QA Tester to join our team and ensure the quality and functionality of ServiceNow applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and automating test cases to validate ServiceNow configurations, integrations, and workflows. This role requires a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and software testing methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for ServiceNow modules.
- Identify, document, and track defects in a defect management tool.
- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Validate ServiceNow configurations, workflows, business rules, and integrations.
- Automate test cases using tools like Selenium, TestNG, or ServiceNow ATF
- Ensure compliance with ITIL and industry best practices.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and provide feedback on system improvements.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITAM, VR, SIR, etc.).
- Experience with ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework).
- Familiarity with test automation tools (Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with API testing (Postman, SOAP, REST).
- Understanding of scripting languages (JavaScript, Python) for automation.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in quality assurance and testing of ServiceNow applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment
- ServiceNow CSA or CAD
- Knowledge of ITIL processes.
