About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated Recruiter who can bridge hiring needs and candidate capabilities while building strong campus partnerships. Key Responsibilities:
- Understand Hiring Needs
Collaborate with department heads and managers to clarify and document precise job requirements and candidate profiles—ensuring alignment throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Source and Identify Talent
Use multiple channels—job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), social media, Boolean searches, resume databases—to source passive and active candidates. Recruiting Resources.
- Campus Tie-ups & Promotional Outreach
Initiate and manage relationships with colleges and universities in nearby regions. Conduct campus events, job fairs, and promotional activities to attract fresh talent and develop an early pipeline.
- Candidate Screening & Communication
Review resumes, conduct initial screenings (phone/video/in-person), coordinate assessment tests, and maintain continuous and positive communication with candidates.
- Maintain Recruitment Pipelines & Systems
Build and update candidate databases, shortlists, and talent pipelines—especially for high-potential campus recruits. Use any ATS or tracking tool efficiently to manage candidate flow.
- Reporting & Metrics
Monitor and report on hiring metrics such as time‑to‑fill, source effectiveness, and campus yields. Provide weekly or monthly updates to hiring teams.
- Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
Represent our organization at events, promote the company's values and opportunities, and ensure candidates have a positive, professional experience throughout the process.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience
Demonstrable experience (even 1–2 years) in recruitment, preferably with exposure to campus hiring or sourcing via job portals.
- Skills
