As a Recruiter, you'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet hiring goals. You’ll work remotely, ensuring that you find the right fit for our diverse teams, while contributing to the growth and success of the organization.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for open positions across various departments.
- Post job advertisements on online job boards, social media, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and shortlist candidates for further interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.
- Ensure a smooth, efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track recruitment metrics to continuously improve and streamline the hiring process.
- Support onboarding for new hires, ensuring they are set up for success.
Who We’re Looking For:
- A proactive individual with 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with candidates and hiring managers professionally.
- Comfortable working independently and managing your time effectively in a remote environment.
- Eagerness to take initiative and learn in a fast-paced, growing company.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in a remote or online environment.
- Familiarity with online job boards, social media recruitment, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and general business tools.
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment with strong self-management skills.

Job Type:
Full-time.
₹20,000 – ₹35,000 INR per month (Based on Experience).
40 hours per week (Flexible work hours).
