Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable condition.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
- Handle basic inquiries about the company and provide accurate information.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Coordinate with other departments for general office support.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
