Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
• Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable condition.
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
• Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared.
• Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
• Handle basic inquiries about the company and provide accurate information.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
• Coordinate with other departments for general office support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
