We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, the ideal candidate will present a positive first impression of our business through excellent customer service, communication skills, and front-desk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests, clients, and employees with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain front desk security by following procedures such as visitor logbooks and issuing visitor badges.
- Schedule meetings and appointments as needed.
- Assist with administrative support tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth front desk operations.
- Handle inquiries and resolve or redirect complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- High school degree; additional certification in Office Management or related field is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, fax machines).
- Experience with scheduling software or CRM tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
