Position: Receptionist cum Admin
Location: Rohini Sector -9
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: 1–3 years preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff professionally and warmly.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages efficiently.
- Manage and maintain front desk operations and appearance.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as required.
- Coordinate administrative support tasks such as filing, documentation, courier handling, and scheduling.
- Manage conference room bookings and meeting arrangements.
- Assist in organizing company events, travel, and meetings.
- Ensure office cleanliness and support housekeeping supervision.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Fluent in English
- Minimum qualification: Graduate in any stream.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
