Job description
- Raw Material and Final Product inspections and testing as per specified parameters.
- Doing all the dry analysis of incoming Raw materials according to spec and test. Including Purity.
- Quality of product maintain without any rejection.
- Coordinates in handling nonconformigand rejected products and its resolution.
- Reanalysis of products of customers complains regarding products.
- Coordinate of activities related to process department and Quality cantrolin connection with maintenance of over all quality of products.
- Doing all the wet Chemical Analysis in lab .
- To do the analysis of all incoming Raw Materials and certified by approving them.
- pH meter , Saybolt viscometer, Brookfield Viscometer, RI meter, Potentiometer, Cunductometer .
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in chemical production
- Strong knowledge of chemical processes and safety protocols
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Leadership and communication skills
