- Learn and assist in day-to-day production activities to meet daily output targets.
- Understand machine operations, process parameters, and plant layout.
- Work on production planning, scheduling, and monitoring KPIs.
- Assist in reducing machine downtime through root cause analysis and preventive maintenance support.
- Maintain documentation related to production reports, maintenance logs, and shift handover notes.
- Collaborate with the quality and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to safety, health, and environmental guidelines in the plant.
