Responsibilities:
- Review and process medical claims accurately
- Perform data entry and charge posting
- Handle denial management and follow-up with insurance companies
- Work on claim submissions and payment posting
- Ensure adherence to client guidelines and quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily/weekly targets
Requirements:
- Any graduate (Non-technical or technical background)
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Basic computer knowledge and typing speed
- Willingness to work in night shifts (US shift)
- Quick learner with a strong work ethic
