Role Description
We are looking for a Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Developer to join our team and contribute to enhancing our operations through automation solutions. This role primarily focuses on utilizing Microsoft Power Automate, but any additional experience with automation tools or scripting is beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze business processes to uncover automation opportunities.
• Design and develop RPA workflows and bots using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Collaborate with various teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with operational goals.
• Test and troubleshoot RPA solutions for optimal performance and reliability.
• Maintain documentation related to RPA processes and solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed RPA solutions.
Stay current with trends and advancements in RPA technology.
Basic Qualifications
A strong interest in automation and technology.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate (or willingness to learn).
• Basic knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in a business or operational context is advantageous but not required.

• Exhibit a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while paying close attention to detail.
