1. Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.
2. Accurately recording details of customers’ purchase orders
3. Processing all customer purchases accordingly
4. Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue
5. Managing customer accounts by ensuring timely follow-ups
6. Continually meeting or exceedingly daily and monthly targets to call volume and sales
