Responsibilities:
1. Handle Inbound Calls: Receive and manage incoming calls from students and customers regarding inquiries, course details, product information, and sales orders.
2. Provide Excellent Customer Service: Assist customers courteously and professionally, addressing their questions, concerns, and feedback in a timely and effective manner.
3. Promote Products and Services: Educate customers about our acceptable art courses, drawing and painting classes, handmade paintings, and other offerings. Encourage enrolment in courses and promote sales of our products.
4. Process Sales Orders: Assist customers in placing orders for our products and services, including course registrations, artwork purchases, and customized painting requests.
5. Maintain Customer Records: Using our CRM system, we keep accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales transactions.
6. Resolve Customer Issues: Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, complaints, or disputes to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
7. Collaborate with Team: Work closely with other team members, including instructors, artists, and administrative staff, to coordinate customer inquiries, sales activities, and promotional campaigns.

Tuesday to Sunday: 11:00 AM - 08:00 PM
