Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a single point of contact for customers post booking until property possession.
- Coordinate with developers, banks, and internal teams for documentation, payment follow-ups, and loan processing.
- Manage and resolve client queries or concerns effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of all client communications, agreements, and transactions.
- Ensure timely updates to customers on project milestones and payment schedules.
- Coordinate for registration, agreement execution, and handover formalities.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports for post-sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and referrals.
