Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard agri-business clients including FPOs, agri-input suppliers, aggregators, and processors
- Promote financial products such as working capital loans, invoice financing, equipment finance, and supply chain credit
- Conduct business assessments, financial analysis, and credit profiling of potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in agri enterprises
- Collaborate with credit, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing and compliance
- Monitor loan utilization, repayment schedules, and portfolio health
- Stay informed about agri market trends, commodity cycles, and regulatory developments
- Achieve B2B sales targets and contribute to strategic growth plans
