We are looking for an experienced Finance Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide strategic insights and domain expertise across finance-related functions and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of financial operations, reporting, compliance, and systems, and will serve as the go-to expert for translating complex financial concepts into actionable business strategies. This role may also support transformation initiatives, systems implementation, or product development efforts from a finance perspective.
Primary Skill
Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
12+ years of experience in financial operations, FP&A, or consulting roles.
Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, reporting, and compliance.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and financial tools.
Proven ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Secondary Skill
CPA, CFA, or other relevant financial certifications.
Experience in finance transformation or digital finance initiatives.
Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Background in a consulting or client-facing SME role is a plus.
Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., RPA, Alteryx) or data modeling.
