We are looking for a passionate and experienced Pastry Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in pastry and dessert creation, a flair for innovation, and a keen eye for detail. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods that align with our brand and delight our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create a variety of pastries, desserts, cakes, and breads
- Develop new menu items and seasonal specials
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all pastry items
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry station
- Oversee and train junior kitchen staff or bakers if applicable
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with the executive chef and management on menu planning
