- Manage outsourced procurement activities for hospital materials.
- Oversee purchases related to hospital operations.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand procurement needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and cost-saving measures.
- Coordinate house-related purchases with the Chairman's office.
- Coordinate hospital-related purchases.
