Job Responsibilities
- Managing office cleanliness and ensuring work areas, pantry, and meeting rooms are well maintained.
- Serving tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Handling photocopying, scanning, filing, and basic clerical tasks.
- Assisting in dispatch, courier, and inward/outward document handling.
- Supporting staff in moving files, documents, and office supplies.
- Ensuring pantry stock and refilling items as required.
- Running office errands (bank, courier, post, etc.) when necessary.
- Assisting in setting up meetings and arranging refreshments.
- Any other general assistance assigned by management.
