- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide service information.
- Maintain and update customer records, databases, and CRM systems.
- Coordinate with clients to follow up on leads, quotations, and pending deals.
- Manage incoming calls and emails related to sales inquiries
