Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide vital administrative support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Create, format, and edit documents and reports using Microsoft Word
- Maintain spreadsheets, generate reports, and analyze data using Microsoft Excel
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
- Assist with inventory control and supply management
- Maintain accurate records and support internal departments as needed
- Help with organizing office procedures and administrative systems
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (formulas, tables, charts) and Word (templates, formatting)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus
