We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations, material handling, cleaning, and purchase of material in the field of construction. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and capable of handling physical tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and collect documents, parcels, or other work within or outside the office.
- Support the office team in basic day-to-day tasks.
- Performing general office clerk duties and errands
- Managing purchase related works assigned by the office staffs.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: High school pass or equivalent preferred.
- Candidate must have 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Basic reading and writing skills in both Tamil and English are essential.
- Physically fit and able to handle manual work.
- Honest, reliable, punctual, and well-mannered.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Willingness to travel locally as per job demands.
