Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Support Assistant located in Malappuram. The Office Support Assistant will handle daily administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, assisting with clerical duties, managing office equipment, and providing general office support. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain professional phone etiquette.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Experience with Administrative Assistance and Clerical skills
- Knowledge of Office Equipment operation
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
