We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to handle day-to-day administrative tasks, support operations, and ensure smooth functioning of the workplace.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage walk-in and phone enquiries.
· Share information with clients/students and follow up.
· Track and process financials.
· Maintain office cleanliness and order.
· Coordinate with staff and manage schedules.
· Handle operational needs (supplies, utilities, basic equipment).
· Assist in basic social media updates and feedback collection.
· Report issues or concerns promptly to management.
Requirements
· Most Imp - Microsoft Office: Excel, PPT, Word.
· Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred).
· Knowledge of social platforms.
· Responsible, proactive, and organized.
· Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
