- Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director in day-to-day office work and coordination
Requirements:
- Female candidate with good communication & speaking skills
- Proficiency in Email drafting, MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Organized, punctual, and able to multitask
- Prior experience as Office Assistant / Personal Assistant preferred
- Handle phone calls, emails, and official correspondence
- Maintain reminders, schedules, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies
- Prepare reports, manage records, and maintain documentation
- Work on MS Excel for basic data management & reporting
- Ensure smooth office operations and timely task completion
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Parel, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
Experience:
