We are a established pathology services seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to manage our day-to-day office operations and support the smooth functioning of our workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative operations of the office.
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails professionally.
- Maintain and organize records, files, and documents.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and company events.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders as required.
- Support HR, accounts, and management in administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
