Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
- Answer incoming calls from customers to resolve queries or provide information.
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
- Follow up with customers as necessary.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers.
