- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and system design.
- Assist in developing high-level and detailed design documents for applications, interfaces, conversions, reports, and workflows.
- Analyze commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) and custom solutions to recommend optimal approaches.
- Drive solution development and configuration using industry standards, with a strong focus on reuse and automation.
- Ensure technical designs align with performance, scalability, security, and maintainability expectations.
- Coordinate with IT service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery of outsourced components.
- Participate in code reviews, system testing, and integration validation to ensure adherence to standards.
- Lead or contribute to the creation of documentation, standards, and support materials (runbooks).
- Provide Level 3 support for critical incidents and lead problem resolution activities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Relevant certifications in project management, ALM/PLM platforms, or related tools (preferred).
- May require additional certifications or licenses related to export control regulations.
