We're on the lookout for Accounting Clerk to join our growing team.Key Responsibilities
- Instruct the banks daily on exceptions. Run and upload positive pay files for applicable banks.
- Issue bad faith and ECP checks from MAS.
- Generate daily exception report for WPC.
- Update recovery reports for every month and create journal entries for each account.
- Other duties as assigned
- Graduation is Must.
- Typing speed: Minimum 35+ WPM with 10-key accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills—verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team culture.

- Data Entry Accuracy: Able to enter high volumes of data with minimal error.

- MS Office Proficiency: Confident user of Excel, Word, Outlook; able to learn new systems quickly.

- Customer Service Orientation: Professional approach in dealing with internal teams and external providers.
- Document Handling: Able to process, index, and categorise large volumes of digital and scanned documents.
- Confidentiality & Compliance: Handles sensitive information in line with regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA where applicable).
- Multitasking: Able to switch between tasks efficiently in a high-paced, SLA-driven environment.
- Initiative: Proactive in identifying issues and raising them early for resolution.
