Job Title: IT Recruiter
Location: Navi Mumbai (Work from Office Only)
CTC: As per Market Standards
Experience Required: 2–3 Years (Hands-on IT Recruitment experience mandatory)
Roles & Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment for IT positions (sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and closing).
- Work on multiple IT requirements simultaneously with quick turnaround.
- Develop job descriptions (JD) and post on relevant job portals/social platforms.
- Handle vendor management and coordination for recruitment needs.
- Conduct initial screening and assess candidate fitment.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and reports.
- Assist in HR operations and other related activities.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree / University Degree (Mandatory).
- MBA in HR (Mandatory).
- 2–3 years of proven hands-on experience in IT recruitment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools/portals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
