About the Role
We are looking for an IT & Admin Assistant to support our Ambernath office operations. This role involves providing basic IT support (hardware/software troubleshooting, installations, vendor coordination) along with handling day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
IT Support
- Provide first-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software.
- Manage IT inventory, licenses, and accessories.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement, repairs, and AMC services.
Administration
- Handle office supplies, stationery, and pantry stock.
- Oversee housekeeping, security, and facility management.
- Manage vendor contracts and service follow-ups.
- Maintain records, files, and documentation.
- Assist HR/Finance teams with admin requirements.
Requirements
- Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in IT support and/or administration.
- Knowledge of MS Office, Windows OS, and basic networking.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
