Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and relationship management.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for seamless event execution.
- Handle client queries, provide timely updates, and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Support in event planning, briefing, and on-ground coordination as per client expectations.
- Maintain client records, feedback, and ensure repeat business opportunities.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in client servicing/CRM within the events industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Preferred Female candidates
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously.
- Flexible to travel and available for on-site event support.

Pay: ₹12,988.46 - ₹28,611.34 per month
