- Lead Generation:Researching, identifying, and qualifying potential customers through various virtual channels.
- Product/Service Expertise:Understanding and explaining product features and benefits to potential and existing clients.
- Sales Engagement:Engaging prospects and clients via phone, email, or video conferencing to demonstrate value and persuade them to purchase.
- Closing Sales:Negotiating deals and closing sales agreements to meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue goals.
- Customer Relationship Management:Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, including providing ongoing support and processing purchase orders.
- Pipeline Management:Creating and managing a sales pipeline within a CRM system to track prospects through the sales cycle.
- Reporting:Generating monthly reports and presentations on sales data and activities to support the sales strategy.
- Collaboration:Working with internal teams, such as sales and marketing, to develop strategies and generate leads.
