- Guide potential students to enrol in institute programs by providing accurate and complete program and admission information.
- Be an excellent communicator with strong people skills, and be comfortable presenting program details over the phone.
- Generate walk-ins from telephonic leads, referrals, and other sources, and convert these walk-ins into registrations.
- Handle objections and negotiate pricing to meet sales revenue targets.
- Continuously learn and upgrade product knowledge and sales skills to exceed targets.
- Engage with parents to ensure both students and parents are aligned with the student's future goals.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth engagement and lead generation.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Any UG/PG graduate.
- 1 year of experience in the IT/EdTech industry with B2B/B2C work experience and team handling.
- Excellent active listening and communication skills.
- Patient, friendly, flexible, and adaptable to changing priorities and tasks.
- Socially perceptive with an understanding of body language.
- Proficient in ICT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
