We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other lead generation tools.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions/services.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends.
- Maintain strong follow-ups with potential clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare sales presentations and proposals.
- Maintain CRM and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Key Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of IT services like Web Development, SEO, Digital Marketing, etc.
- Confidence in cold calling and pitching
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
