Position:- Inside Sales Executive
Location:- Sector 3, Noida
Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The ideal candidate will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential leads via calls, emails, and other communication platforms.
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions/products accordingly.
- Maintain and expand the client database within your assigned territory.
- Follow up on sales inquiries and provide pre- and post-sales support.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and outcomes.
- Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth order processing.
- Prepare and share reports on sales activities and results.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in tele sales, inside sales, or similar role is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems and sales tools.
- Ability to handle rejections and remain confident during calls.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
