We are hiring a reliable and experienced Administrative Executive for our hotel in Edappally.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Handle hotel-related banking tasks, including communication with banks
- Monitor account issues and help resolve discrepancies
- Draft and respond to professional emails and business messages
- Oversee daily hotel administrative tasks when the owner is not present
- Manage expense tracking, payments, and vendor follow-ups
- Coordinate between departments as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the hotel industry
- Strong banking and office management knowledge
- Good written and spoken English
- Trustworthy, disciplined, and well-organized
- Basic proficiency in MS Word/Excel or Google Docs
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT or other productivity software
