Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests, clients, and walk-ins at the front desk.
- Assist customers with project-related inquiries, brochures, site visits, and appointments.
- Coordinate with the sales and admin teams to ensure smooth client handling.
- Manage and maintain the guest lounge and reception area to ensure a clean and professional appearance.
- Handle incoming calls, respond to queries, and redirect calls to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain a record of all client visits and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Support event coordination and customer engagement activities during launches and site visits.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with clients post-visits.
- Handle customer grievances professionally and escalate issues when needed.
Candidate Requirements:
- Gender: Male
- Education: Minimum Graduate in any discipline
- Experience: 1–3 years in customer service, hospitality, front office, or a similar role (preferably in real estate or hospitality sector)
- Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented with a pleasant and professional demeanor
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and telephone etiquette
- Ability to work independently with a proactive approach
