As Real Estate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving property sales, building strong client relationships, and guiding clients through the buying or selling process. Your role is pivotal in achieving revenue targets and expanding market presence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY :-
- Promote property listings through advertising platforms and listing services
- Meet with clients to understand their property needs and preferences
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospects
- Negotiate contracts and terms to secure favorable deals
- Coordinate documentation including purchase agreements and lease contracts
- Ensure compliance with housing laws and company policies
- Maintain CRM records and generate periodic sales reports
- Monitor market trends and competitor pricing
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and marketing teams for smooth transactions
- Attend industry events to expand network and stay updated
REQUIRED SKILSS :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- Valid real estate license
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and property management software
- Knowledge of local property laws and market trends
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
