Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales & marketing team.
- Set sales targets, track performance, and drive team efficiency.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills.
Marketing & Brand Development
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns and digital strategies.
- Strengthen the company’s brand positioning in the PEB industry.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
Market Research & Strategy
- Conduct competitor analysis and industry research to identify trends.
- Provide insights on pricing strategies, new product offerings, and customer needs. Reporting & Budget Management
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business analysis.
- Manage sales budgets, expenses, and profitability targets.

Pay: ₹10,736.10 - ₹55,383.89 per month
